1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Inkdown (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from Inkdown for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Inkdown
  • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transferring the materials to another person or “mirroring” the materials on any other server
  • Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk download content

The materials on Inkdown are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Inkdown makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Inkdown or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Inkdown, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Inkdown could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Inkdown does not warrant that any of the materials on our platform are accurate, complete, or current. Inkdown may make changes to the materials contained on our platform at any time without notice.

6. Materials and Content

The materials on Inkdown are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to Inkdown. By uploading content, you grant Inkdown a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You may not upload, post, or otherwise transmit through Inkdown any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behavior:

  • Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
  • Obscene or abusive language or otherwise offensive content
  • Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

When you make a document public, you understand that anyone with the link will be able to view the content. You are responsible for ensuring that shared documents do not violate the rights of any third parties or contain unlawful content.

Inkdown is not responsible for the content of publicly shared documents or for any third-party use of such content.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Inkdown, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inkdown and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms of Service.
